Chef de Partie - Asian Restaurant - Mayfair
Main Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking food
Ensuring cooked food is ready and presentable
Exercise teamwork with other members of staff
Responsible for helping keep areas in the kitchen clean, tidy and stocked ready for service
The Person:
Previous Chef experience - fine dining background
Knowledgeable about the food
Positive and cheerful attitude
Able to work in a fast pace environment

This well-established contract caterer is seeking the talents of a passionate and creative Chef de Partie to join its stable brigade. You will be working between the café, staff dining, hospitality, and directors dining. We are recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie to join an amazing team of 10 chefs.
Working in a busy restaurant catering for up to 160 covers at lunch, you will cover all areas of the kitchen working with fresh, sustainable produce on a small , regularly changing menu.
This role is predominantly daytimes only until 4.30pm, with some Friday or Saturday evening shifts.
You will be an experienced Chef de Partie in a fine dining fresh food restaurant. Longevity in previous role essential.
