Pastry Chef

The Pastry Chef will demonstrate strong expertise in traditional pastry techniques, with the ability to prepare a wide range of breads, pastries, and ice creams to a high standard. They will be responsible for following recipes and specifications provided by the Head Chef, while leading the pastry section and effectively delegating tasks to junior team members. A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is required.
