The Working Time Regulations 1998 generally limit a Worker's average working time to 48 hours per week, calculated over the applicable reference period, unless the Worker voluntarily agrees to opt out of this limit.

By ticking this box, I voluntarily agree that the 48-hour average weekly working time limit shall not apply to my engagement with International Master Chefs.

I understand that:

• My agreement to opt out is entirely voluntary.

• I am under no obligation to agree to this Opt-Out.

• I may withdraw my consent at any time by giving International Master Chefs not less than one (1) month's written notice, unless a shorter period is agreed in writing.

• International Master Chefs will continue to comply with all other applicable provisions of the Working Time Regulations 1998, including those relating to rest breaks and rest periods.
