I am a friendly and motivated person who learns quickly and enjoys working in a positive team environment. Although I can be a bit shy at first, I communicate well with guests and colleagues and always aim to create a welcoming atmosphere. I have experience working as a waitress in a hotel and as a hostess, where I developed strong customer service skills and the ability to stay organized and calm under pressure. I truly enjoy helping guests and making sure they have a pleasant experience, and I'm always ready to support my team.
