In Dec 2014 the Government bought the Food allergen regulations into force which all food handlers need to be aware of and trained on. We have sourced a FREE online training facility that enables you to brush up on the Food Allergen Guidelines and also provides you with a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Certificate to show all future employers. This training is modular, online and completely free of charge. Simply follow the link below to start your training and download your certificate.
